Job OverviewWe are Immediately seeking a highly skilled and energetic Heavy Duty Mechanic with a minimum of 3 years mining experience to join our energetic maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heavy-duty equipment and machinery used primarily in the Mining environment. Your expertise will ensure optimal operational efficiency, safety, and reliability. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about industrial maintenance, with a strong foundation in mechanical and electrical systems on Sandvik mining trucks/ loaders and drilling equipment, as well as Mclean bolters.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on heavy-duty trucks, mining equipment, and machinery.Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals,
