The individual is responsible for the coordination between Finance and Operations.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and code invoices and other relevant accounting documents and process accordinglyCreate and analyze financial and non-financial reports/data to resolve general questions or inquiriesComplete assigned month-end duties including but not limited to journal entry preparation, creation of miscellaneous invoices, sales reconciliation, Balance Sheet reconciliations, calculate Warranty provision and rebate accrualsPrepare mandatory payments such as Union payments, Humanity Fund & Flower FundPrepare deposit slips for CAD & USD payments and responsible for bank deposits.
