We are committed to safety, innovation, and building strong relationships with our employees, clients, and communities.FOWLER CONSTRUCTION VALUESPeople - We invest in our employees' well-being, growth, and success.Performance - We uphold excellence, professionalism, and hard work.Community - We support local initiatives and foster strong connections.Setting - We prioritize sustainability and responsible practices.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a spreader, plow wing, or combo unit for winter highway maintenancePerform pre-trip inspections, document fuel usage, and maintain accurate winter operations recordsOperate and maintain heavy equipment, including loaders, backhoes, and skid steersUse light-duty tools such as steamers, chainsaws, and gas-powered hand tools as requiredConduct routine equipment maintenance and minor repairs as neededFollow all regulations, safety protocols, and contractual requirementsCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient operationsReport any incidents, accidents,
