You will work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to coordinate care, explain treatment plans and financial options, answer patient questions, and ensure a seamless experience from consultation through treatment. Please note that this is a replacement job opening.Your RoleServe as the main point of contact for patients, explaining treatment plans, procedures, costs, and financing optionsSupport treatment planning by coordinating appointments and follow-ups with the dental teamPresent treatment costs, collect payments, process insurance claims, and assist with payment plansBuild strong patient relationships to encourage treatment acceptance, retention, and follow-up careMaintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth scheduling to optimize chair timeCollaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high-quality careUphold privacy, ethical, and regulatory standards in all patient interactionsAbout YouPrevious clinical experience as a Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator is requiredPrevious Dental Assisting experience is requiredKnowledge and understanding of dental treatment plans and ability to educate patients is requiredExperience with dental software programs is requiredStrong customer service experienceCandidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
