Adapt1 is a Workday services partner helping organizations design, deploy and optimize Workday Human Capital Management. We are growing our Workday HCM team and looking for a certified Workday HCM consultant who wants to work on end-to-end implementations, phase-2 rollouts and post-go-live optimization projects across North America.As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will partner with client HR teams to translate people processes into Workday configuration, lead functional workstreams, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.What You Will DoLead or support the configuration of Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Onboarding)Facilitate requirements-gathering and design workshops with HR, payroll and business stakeholdersBuild supervisory and matrix organizations, job architecture, business processes, security roles and reportsSupport data conversion, integration testing,



end-user testing and cutover activitiesTroubleshoot configuration issues and recommend solutions aligned with Workday best practicesContribute to internal knowledge sharing and help develop junior consultantsRequirementsActive Workday HCM Core certification; additional certifications in Compensation, Perks, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting or Talent are an assetMinimum 1 year of hands-on Workday HCM experience in implementation, support or optimization projectsSolid understanding of HR processes (hire-to-retire, compensation cycles, benefits enrollment, leave management)Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experienceFluency in French and English (spoken and written)Strong communication, workshop facilitation and client-facing skillsAbility to travel occasionally to client sites (up to 25%)
