We will train you!Lead Mitigation Technician$26.00 - $35.00 per hour (depending on experience) + on-call bonusResponsibilities:Direct, train, and motivate a crew of technicians on-site.Respond quickly to water, fire, mold, or storm damage.Implement drying, cleaning, and demolition tactics to prevent further loss.Communicate the restoration process clearly to anxious property owners.Enforce safety protocols while maintaining project timelines.Essential Skills and TraitsA natural desire to guide teams and manage projects under pressure.Mastery of restoration equipment like dehumidifiers, air movers,
