They keep lessons running smoothly, support coaches in the moment, connect with families, and help create a safe, fun, and high-quality swim experience.This role is perfect for someone who loves teaching, enjoys helping others grow, and can bring calm, confident energy to a busy pool deck.What You'll Be DoingLeading the pool deck and helping each shift run smoothlySupporting coaches with lesson quality, swimmer progress, and class flowTeaching swimmers using our proven Small Steps approachEnsuring Making Waves lesson plans and teaching standards are followedProviding encouragement, guidance, and feedback to coachesEngaging with swimmers and celebrating their progressCommunicating with families professionally and warmlySupporting Day 1, Feedback Day, and Evaluation Day conversationsMonitoring deck safety, class needs, and swimmer experienceHelping organize master sheets, skill tracking, notes, and level updatesCommunicating staff, swimmer, or family concerns to the Supervisor or Facility ManagerSupporting emergency procedures and keeping the pool deck secure, tidy, and ready for lessonsWhat We OfferWarm pools, approximately 90°FSmall class sizes, up to 3 swimmers per classHands‐on teaching methods that drive strong progressLeadership experience in a fun, people‐focused environmentGrowth opportunities across the companyA team environment where effort gets noticedThe chance to support swimmers, families,
