You'll lead experienced Project Managers while partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered with consistency, quality, and speed. Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead, coach, and develop a team of 6 to 12 Project Managers, setting clear expectations and fostering a high-performance culture.
• You'll oversee campaign operations, team capacity, and project delivery across North America, Canada, and LATAM, ensuring priorities remain aligned and on track.
• You'll build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, lead executive-level discussions,
and confidently manage escalations when they arise.
• You'll drive operational consistency by improving processes, maintaining documentation, and sharing best practices across regions.
• You'll support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of new team members while contributing to long-term team growth.
• You'll partner with regional leaders to support strategic initiatives, experiential activations, and program expansion.
Skills and Qualifications
• 4 to 8 years of progressive experience in project management, campaign operations, marketing, advertising, or agency environments.
• Experience managing 6 or more direct reports, including senior or highly experienced team members.
• Proven accountability for team performance metrics or quantified delivery targets.
• Undergraduate degree required.
• Strong project management and campaign operations experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities across complex workstreams.
• Hands-on experience supporting live events, experiential activations, venue coordination, vendor management, run-of-show execution, or similar production environments.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, creator marketing, influencer campaigns, or digital advertising ecosystems.
• Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with evolving priorities and limited structure.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Portuguese is considered a strong asset.
