Cambridge Skin and Wellness is the partnership between Dr. Arnott, who is a Skin Specialist, and Nurse Practitioner (NP) Anna Pelleboer. We are passionate about skin and offer skin care services and treatments including general medical, surgical, and cosmetic (aesthetic) dermatology services and products.We love the work we do and pride ourselves in having a positive work environment, so we are looking for someone who fits well into this positive work culture!ResponsibilitiesWelcoming patients in a warm, friendly manner, accompanying them to and from treatment rooms, and thanking them sincerely on departureGreeting patients, facilitating patient flow, and prepping rooms between patientsProcess incoming referrals and other clinical documentationRespond to patients in a timely, qualified, and empathetic manner while maintaining patient confidentialitySchedule appointments, register patients, and validate health cardsManage referrals and book appointments based on triaged referralsRespond promptly to incoming telephone and fax inquiries,



voicemails and emailsDocument appropriately within the patient chartInvoice and collect paymentsManage the team's scheduleMaintain stock of clinical suppliesWorking with maturity and professionalism alongside other staff membersAdhering to appointments in a timely manner by monitoring time scheduleMaintain quality service by following clinic protocolsMaintaining product knowledge to promote and sell services, and retail productsMaintain a high level of professionalism and competence within the medical aesthetics industryAssisting with office tasksPreferred experience and qualificationsCollege Medical Office Administration Diploma and/or experience in medical offices Or Bachelor Degree1-2 years of relevant medical office experience or other public-facing administrative experienceFluency in Accuro EMR and Jane EMR experience is valuable, but your ability to quickly learn any complex administrative software is most importantOutstanding interpersonal skills and a warm, friendly mannerAbility to communicate and work effectively in a team settingExcellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skillsAbility to maintain patient confidentialityExcellent oral and written communication skillsVery organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-taskKnowledge of office procedures and medical terminologyAvailability to work some evenings (occasional and dates provided)If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent care, we encourage you to apply.
