The role will ensure that all employees work within the established regulations, policies and procedures with regards to health and safety, the environment, and quality.ShiftNight (11 PM – 7 AM)Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate receiving of inbound Raw Material and shipping of Finished goods productsAssign, prioritize and supervise work duties in order to meet schedulesRequisition material and supplies to support daily operations and monitoring associated inventoryComplete documentation required under regulatory regulationsCoordinate receiving of inbound Raw Material and shipping of Finished goods productsDocument and record all workplace incidents immediately in the form of incident reportsFollow and guide other on company's health and safety program,



rules and procedures and work in compliance with health and safety-related legislation and codesProvide employees with continual input on work performance and act as a guide for improvementPerform problem solving/ route cause analysis when problem or errors occur; Scan material in and out of supermarket or warehouse, print required documents and labelsIdentify and resolve issues in various functional areas including line feeding, re-pack, put-away & pick areasProactively respond to and resolve workplace conflicts respectfully and appropriatelyProactively engage in problem solving as issues arise and lead others to do the sameRelease orders as appropriate following the established guidelines and proceduresDaily reconciliation of order statusMonitor and track time and attendance for employees assigned to the Inbound/Outbound areaMaintain clean and secure working environmentPerform system and/or manual tasks to support inbound and outbound operationsCheck NAV computer system for correct locations for put-away/picking problems for ordersDistribute/delegate orders on a daily basis to operators/employeesEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, promoting a culture of integrity, ethics, and respect.Foster a supportive team culture and workplace conducive to collaboration and growthFollow company's health and safety program, rules and procedures and work in compliance with health and safety-related legislation and codesReport all incidents, injuries, illnesses, and near misses to your supervisorUse or wear safety equipment and personal protective equipment required by the companyReport to supervisor any hazardous or unsafe conditions,
