The ideal candidate will have experience leading and influencing across a matrixed organization and lead a team of finance professionals supporting the business. This position will support P&L, working capital, and cash functions and provide support to leadership in various strategic initiatives. This position is responsible for providing financial guidance to business unit leadership to achieve annual financial performance targets, ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies/procedures, and support the development of accurate and timely forecasts and annual plans.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the reporting of accurate and timely financial information for the North America Hydronics businessFunction as key finance business partner and work closely with business management and operations to drive working capital and cash flow improvements, guiding the organization through key strategic initiativesOwn end-to-end financial strategy, annual budget, long-range planning and forecastingDirect month-end close process, monthly forecast, and annual plan process. The rate of pay may be impacted by factors such as the applicant's geographic location, market data/range, skills, prior relevant experience, job-related knowledge, specific degrees and certifications, and/or other relevant considerations.This compensation includes components such as base salary, vacation pay, public holiday pay, potential estimated overtime pay and paid statutory leaves of absence.
