We are constantly studying and evaluating our benefits and policies to better meet present and future requirements.Position – Lead Avionics Technician (Widebody Aircraft / MRO)The Lead Avionics Technician is responsible for performing and overseeing avionics maintenance, troubleshooting, installations, and repairs on widebody aircraft in a maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) environment. This role requires strong avionics systems knowledge, leadership ability, and experience supporting heavy maintenance operations. Military avionics experience will be considered.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform troubleshooting, repair, and installation of aircraft avionics and electrical systemsLead and support avionics technicians during maintenance and modification activitiesRead and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, maintenance manuals, and engineering documentsPerform operational and functional testing of avionics systems and componentsTroubleshoot electrical discrepancies and determine corrective actionsInstall, modify, and repair aircraft wiring, connectors, and avionics componentsEnsure all work is completed in compliance with FAA regulations and company standardsSupport heavy maintenance and modification activities on widebody aircraftAssist in training and mentoring junior techniciansMaintain accurate maintenance documentation and recordsMaintain a clean, safe,
