This role is ideal for a seasoned public-practice professional who is ready to take ownership of complex review files, elevate file quality, mentor junior staff, and work toward partnership.You'll oversee review engagements from planning through sign-off, strengthen working-paper quality, guide technical accounting decisions, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients across diverse industries. The firm offers a clear runway toward partnership for someone who brings leadership, technical excellence, and a commitment to high-quality client service.Mandarin or Cantonese fluency is required to support the firm's client base.What You'll Be DoingLead and sign off review engagement files - planning, execution, documentation, and final partner-level review.Elevate file quality - strengthen working papers, ensure ASPE compliance, and maintain consistent documentation standards.Provide technical accounting guidance - revenue recognition, impairment, leases, consolidations, and complex ASPE issues.Mentor and supervise staff - coach bookkeepers and staff accountants, review their work,
