They work with a range of organizations to deliver integrated solutions from planning through execution.This Finance Manager role is a core operational leadership position, reporting directly to the CFO with the support of a Junior Accountant. You will be the steward of the company's financial engine across multiple entities, owning everything from month-end close to project-level profitability to systems and process design. You will operate end-to-end across the finance function in a fast-moving, project-based business where the ability to see what's coming, get ahead of it, and solve problems without waiting for permission is what separates good operators from great ones.This is not a maintenance role. You will be expected to identify what isn't working, design something better, and implement it. If you're someone who genuinely loves accounting, thrives in ambiguity, and treats the numbers as yours, this is a meaningful leadership opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn core finance operations across multiple entities, including reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, invoicing, government filings, and the accuracy of all financial dataDrive monthly project-level profitability analysis and forecasting; escape material variances to the Controller and support action planningIdentify and implement systems and process improvements across the finance function; design and deploy changes that measurably improve efficiency and accuracyDevelop, maintain, and monitor budgets and forecasts; provide regular updatesand scenario analysis to support business decision-makingPartner commercially across the organization,
