This role focuses on embedding accessibility into all layers of software — front-end components, back-end systems, and the testing pipelines that hold them together.You'll be part of a cross-functional team rethinking how people access vital public services online, contributing to a more inclusive future by writing clean, accessible, and thoughtful code.What You'll DoDevelop accessible front-end and back-end systems using modern frameworks and toolsBuild with inclusive, semantic HTML, solid ARIA practices, and assistive tech compatibilityParticipate in manual and automated accessibility testing, debugging issues from a user-centered lensContribute to VPATs, ACRs, and documentation that supports long-term compliance and transparencyCollaborate with designers, testers,
