You'll play a meaningful role in resolving complex cases and making a real difference for consumers, while educating and protecting their financial well-being along the way.Duties:You'll manage a portfolio of financial dispute investigations from start to finish, including matters involving fraud, scams, intercepted e-transfers, identity theft, credit card disputes, and non-sufficient funds (NSF).Responsibilities include:Guiding claimants through the investigation processGathering information about disputesCollaborating with consumers,
