You will lead integrated campaigns, oversee creative operations, and guide both internal teams and external partners to deliver high‐impact work across all channels.ResponsibilitiesOwn and evolve the brand's creative vision, including guidelines, tone of voice, and packaging systems across retail and eCommerceLead integrated campaigns from concept through execution, leveraging performance data to optimize engagement and conversionManage and mentor a small internal creative team while overseeing external agencies and vendorsOversee creative operations including briefing,
