You will be a recognized expert and trusted advisor to clients' executive leadership, driving business development, shaping practice-wide standards, and directly leading and developing a team of consultants. Your focus expands beyond project delivery to practice growth, client portfolio health, and organizational impact.What You'll DoSimultaneously work on 4-5 client projects/engagements while overseeing 1-2 additional projectsManage new and existing accounts, assessing customer needs and leading the build, test, and implementation of NetSuiteLead all phases of NetSuite implementation, including requirements gathering, documentation, buildout, validation/demos, testing, and user trainingOwn project allocations, team capacity, and billable hours,
