You will work as part of our close-knit administrative team, and will be responsible for coordinating fleet & rental accounts. You will also support the redemption process for repo units, including liaison with the national accounts team and local customers to support the vehicle and personal property redemption process. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive a positive customer experience, coordinate the administrative tasks with your accounts,



and have an opportunity to gain sales experience as we seek to grow our local fleet accounts.You AreOrganized. You will manage a range of accounts, ensuring customer SLA's are consistently met and manage communication flow.Team Oriented. You will partner with our other team members, including sales, administration, and accounting to maintain and grow our account portfolio.Patient. You will interact with those that have had a vehicle repossessed, and will help them navigate the redemption process with patience.You WillCoordinate the inventory and sale of local commercial and fleet vehicles by: entering data into the system, taking vehicles out of leasing, transmitting data to customers computer systems, selecting vehicles to be featured on the internet, generating sales agreements and determining vehicle line upsEnsure sales vehicles meet specifications by: receiving condition reports, assessing and obtaining authorization for repairs and preparing necessary work order formsNegotiating sale of pending bids as per customer service level agreementsAssisting with transportation logistic requests and billingGenerates/prepares reports by gathering data from computerized systems (i.E. inventory reports and sales summary)Coordinate the vehicle redemption process in accordance with customer and company requirementsSupporting related customer service requirements; which may include answering calls, greeting walk in customers, taking payments, and processing requestsEnsuring customer satisfaction by communicating with clients; identifying & resolvingissues in a timely mannerManually or electronically entering new data in an accurate and timely manner,
