Role Description

This is a full time hybrid role for a Front Desk Associate at No Fear Counselling. The Front Desk Associate will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, computer literacy tasks, customer service, and communication. This position is based in Surrey,

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Customer Service skills


• Computer Literacy and Communication skills


• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask


• Experience in a similar role or customer-facing position


• Attention to detail and organizational skills


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively


• Previous experience in a mental health setting is an asset


• High school diploma or equivalent
