This role supports the Construction Team with monitoring and enforcing compliance with Minto's regulatory Health and Safety Policies.Here's How You'll ContributeMonitor, maintain, and implement Minto and Ministry of Labour (MOL) health and safety policies; report to General Site SuperintendentMaintain safety files and log activitiesKeep training records for Minto employeesConduct toolbox talks with trade partners and staffAssist with implementation and adoption of E-ComplianceCoordinate orientations for new trades on siteTrack safety infractions and report trendsHost and take minutes of joint health and safety meetingsKeep record of trade health and safety policies, toolbox meetings, safety certificationsEnsure compliance of safety rails and ramps with MOL regulationsReport safety violations to Site SuperintendentMaintain on-site safety equipment (fire extinguishers, first aid kits, stretchers)What You Bring To The TeamHere's what will help you stand out.
