With a minimum of two (2) years of experience, a Law Clerk Diploma, and solid condominium/subdivision experience, you'll play an important role in managing sophisticated development files from start to finish. If you are an experienced Condo Subdivision Law Clerk who takes pride in your work and is ready for a new opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.Salary: Up to $80KLocation: North YorkKey ResponsibilitiesComplete administrative tasks related to builder sales of units in new condominium projects and subdivision lotsProcess and maintain purchaser deposits including monthly reporting to bonding companiesConduct sub-searches of titlePrepare occupancy and final closing packagesDraft, review and proofread correspondence,
documents and forms ensuring accuracy and completenessMaintain tickler systems to monitor key dates for task managementSchedule meetings and co-ordinate appointments as requiredOrganize, open and manage client filesEnsure time-sensitive documents are managed effectivelyComplete off title due diligence inquiriesOther duties as assigned.QualificationsSuccessful completion of Law Clerk Diploma programMinimum of two years' experience within a condominium/subdivision real estate practicePrevious experience in a leadership role supervising or leading a team would be an assetProficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong working knowledge of Lawyer Done DealWorking knowledge of Teraview and Conveyancer/UnityExperience working with a document management system, e.G., iManagePossess well-developed organizational and time management skills in order to manage multiple priorities with ease in order to meet tight deadlinesStrong communication skills help you to build relationships and provide excellent client serviceAs a confident self-starter, you work well both independently, and in a team environmentOperate with a high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detailShow good judgment and respond well to constructive feedback.
