and strategic review activities.Governance & ComplianceEnsure project activities align with established governance, compliance, and reporting requirements.Support project documentation reviews and quality assurance activities.Maintain project records and reporting artifacts in accordance with organizational standards.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.Master's degree in business or a related discipline is considered an asset.Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis, particularly supporting sustainment planning, business case analysis (BCA), or similar strategic initiatives.Experience managing stakeholder engagement activities on at least two sustainment planning or BCA-related projects.Strong project coordination and project management support experience.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and reporting skills.Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.Advanced skills in project documentation, planning, and business analysis methodologies.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Current Secret Security Clearance, or held a Secret Clearance within the last 6 months.Legally authorized to work and reside in Canada.If you have extensive business analysis experience, a strong background and so on, At Adecco our purpose is simple: to make the future work for everyone.
