The ideal candidate is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and executing construction activities on the job site. Working closely with the project team, this role ensures that work is completed in compliance with contractual documents, schedules, budgets, quality standards, and health and safety requirements, while supporting efficient daily operations and successful project delivery.Tasks:Participate in the start-up and planning of new projectsContribute to scheduling, risk management and quality controlPrepare short-term work plansSupervise the execution of the work according to the contractual documentsPrepare purchase orders according to budgetary activitiesEnsure compliance with health and safety requirementsRequirementsMinimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industryProven experience working for a general contractor on large-scale projectsStrong experience in industrial projects, including water treatment facilities, waste water treatment facilitiesand/or pumping stationsDemonstrated experience on major government-funded projects and/or other public sector clientsOur employees' testimonials truly reflect the Beaudoin Construction experience.
