and operations teamsPrepare risk analyses and reports for senior leadership and key stakeholdersMonitor and track risks throughout the full project lifecycleContribute to the continuous improvement of risk management practicesAct as an internal reference and subject‐matter expert in proactive risk managementWhat You Bring To The TeamMinimum 10 years of experience in risk management within complex project environments (construction, engineering, infrastructure)University degree in Engineering fieldStrong experience in project risk analysis, risk governance, and structured risk frameworksExcellent understanding of financial, contractual, and operational project risksAbility to clearly communicate complex risks to executive leadershipHighly analytical, structured, and detail‐oriented mindsetFull professional proficiency in English and French (spoken and written)Aecon fosters diversity, inclusion and belonging within and across our organization.
