or commodity trading- Proven success selling beef and/or lamb into distribution or wholesale channels- Strong knowledge of meat cuts, specifications, grading systems, and market pricing- Experience negotiating contracts and managing profitable customer relationships- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills- Proficiency with Excel, CRM systems, and reporting tools- Experience with both domestic and imported beef and lamb- Established network within foodservice distribution and wholesale channels- Knowledge of international meat markets and import/export regulationsAI (Artificial Intelligence) tools may be used at certain points of the pre-screening and selection process for this role.
