The RN (NP) practices within a framework of evidence based care, health promotion and disease and injury prevention. The practice involves building partnerships with residents, families and other disciplines. This includes resident assessments, supporting inter-professional collaboration and participating in continuous improvement. The LTC NP reports directly to the Nurse Manager of Tatagwa View. The NP will work to full scope of practice of an RN (NP) and promotes quality health care outcomes and standards to ensure that residents of Tatagwa View receive a high standard of care.
