Our ideal candidate will possess 6+ years of relevant industry experience in hospitality and retail design and be seeking an opportunity to lead projects, mentor team members, and contribute to a highly collaborative studio environment.As an active Senior Interior Designer / PM team member, you would:Lead projects from concept development through implementation and opening dayCoordinate and collaborate with internal design teams, consultants, and client groups throughout all project phasesConduct detailed MEP and structural coordination reviews of Interior Design and Food Service drawing packagesReview and support drawing packages produced by junior and intermediate team membersMentor and guide design staff, contributing to their growth and development within the studioPresent design concepts and technical packages to clients, stakeholders, and Airport AuthoritiesSupport studio-wide technical and design initiatives as requiredContribute innovative ideas and solutions to improve project workflows, drawing standards, and studio processesManage multiple projects, conversations, and deadlines simultaneously while adapting to evolving project needsPromote a collaborative studio culture through communication, mentorship,
