This roleis responsible for providing service to our clients and advisors on matters related to Premium collection and Advisor Compensation as well as processing related tasks in our administration systems. assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. You are welcome to work from the office more than the minimum requirement and there may be some roles that are required to work in our office more than the minimum requirement.What you'll do:Supporting our advisors and clients in resolving queries about commissions and premium payments.Collaborating with people at various levels of the organization in relationship managementEnsuring advisor errors & omissions/required licensing is up to date.Assisting with agent of record (AOR) changes.Processing transactions on our administration systemsProcessing payments to advisorsPreparing commission and premium reconciliations using excelSupporting workload management for overall Group Collections and Commissions teamEnsure strong internal controls and service standards are achievedWhat you'll bring:Post secondary educationExcellent communication skills,
