Run job sites start to finish - layout, sequencing, quality, cleanup. Lead a crew of 2 to 5 - direct the work, set the pace, hold the standard. Train the next generation - bring apprentices up to your level. Own site safety - daily checks, hazard calls, everyone home safe. What you bring

Must-haves:

2+ years landscape construction experience. Proven crew leadership - you've run sites, not just worked on them. Valid BC driver's licence, confident towing 10- to 14-foot trailers. Strong across multiple trades - hardscape, concrete, carpentry, masonry, planting. Can read plans and translate them into a day's work for your crew. Reliable, organized, and calm when the day changes on you. Nice-to-haves:
