We are seeking an Experienced Loader Operator to enhance our winter snow removal team. Operate a wheel loader effectively and contribute to the safety and reliability of services in the GTA.This role involves being on-call during snow events and executing timely responses. You will operate heavy equipment responsibly while ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining effective communication with the team on various client sites.Key Responsibilities:Operate heavy equipment with plows and salt spreadersBe on-call and respond swiftly within 60 minutesConduct routine safety checks and maintenance on equipmentAccurately follow site maps and complete routesMaintain explicit communication with supervisors and peersRequirements:Proven experience in snow removal and heavy equipment operationValid G license; DZ or AZ license is a bonusWillingness to be on-call, including weekends and holidaysPhysically fit for demanding winter conditionsComfort with basic mechanical systems and equipment upkeepLeverage your skills in heavy equipment operation and be part of a dedicated team delivering winter excellence.
