This hybrid role requires availability Tue–Sat and focuses on delivering exceptional post-sale service across multiple Dilawri dealerships.You will manage inbound/outbound communications, book service appointments, and drive CSI-led improvements while meeting KPI targets and coordinating mobility options for customers.
