MCFN employees play an key role in supporting organized, well‐run offices and ensuring that programs and services operate smoothly and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the Healthcare Director's calendars and efficiently arrange and oversee meeting logistics, document preparations, and agendasAttend meetings and record meeting minutes, follow up on issues, resolutions, and other activitiesPrepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other confidential documentsMaintain filing systems, databases, and records in compliance with privacy and health information regulationsCoordinate and schedule meetings, appointments,
and travel arrangements for Health department and ConsultantsSupport project management activities, including tracking deadlines and deliverablesOrganize departmental events, workshops, and training sessionsAct as a focal point of all initial queries from staffPerform other duties, as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma, or equivalentTwo years, or more, experience in Administrative roleValid Class 5 driver's license and access to a reliable vehicleTravel is required of this role, approximately 10%This role may require flexibility in work schedule, including after hours or on weekendsSkills and AbilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organization and time-management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesAttention to detail and accuracyProfessional and customer-focused approachMCFN Standard Closing StatementAll applications will be reviewed, although only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
