Our team has an immediate opening for a permanent, full-time, Estimator/Site Foreperson. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with strong civil construction estimating experience. In this position you will manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead small crews.RESPONSIBILITIESEngage with clients to actively pursue project opportunitiesSupport our regional retail & rental market providing aggregate material placing & equipment rental options (rates)Interpret construction drawings, specifications & grade expectations in carrying out site workLead small crews (2-4 people) through active participation and supervision of project typesManage multiple (2-3) projects simultaneouslyMaintain accurate documentation of site activities including keeping of daily journal and safety logsSubmit weekly project schedules to assist with company schedulingAdhere to company safety policyPrepare accurate cost estimates, budgets and material take offs for civil related projectsAssist in executing fieldwork as required (construction -grade foreman, temporary operator)
