Experience with framing, siding, and window installation is required.This is a great opportunity for a carpenter who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and can work independently while also being part of a team.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete general carpentry work on residential renovation projectsPerform framing for walls, additions, roofs and other structuresInstall siding and exterior finishing materialsInstall and replace windows and related componentsRead and interpret construction drawings and plansMeasure, cut,



and install materials accuratelyUse hand and power tools safely and effectivelyAssist with demolition and preparation work as requiredComplete repairs, finishing, and general renovation tasksMaintain a clean and organized work areaWork safely and follow site safety proceduresCommunicate effectively with supervisors, trades, and other crew membersPerform other carpentry and renovation duties as requiredRequirementsPrevious experience as a carpenter in residential renovationsFall Protrction CertificateStrong experience with framing, siding, and window installationAbility to read and understand plans and drawingsStrong measuring and layout skillsComfortable using common carpentry hand and power toolsGood attention to detail and quality of workmanshipAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable transportation to job sitesPhysically capable of performing the duties of the roleCommitment to workplace health and safetyPreferred Qualifications3+ years of carpentry experienceExperience working on full residential renovationsExperience with exterior finishingConstruction safety tickets are an assetValid driver's licence is an assetWhat We Offer$34–$40 per hour, based on experienceVariety of renovation projectsOpportunities to develop your skillsSupportive team environmentPotential for ongoing work for the right candidate
