Contribute to Defence Construction Canada (DCC) as a Talent Acquisition and Retention Specialist over a 12-month term. This hybrid role focuses on enhancing recruitment processes and ensuring effective talent management.In this position based in Ottawa, you will manage candidate applications through shortlisting, interviews, and linkage with hiring managers. Additionally, you will work on developing community partnerships for talent sourcing while reporting data-driven insights to support workforce strategies.
