Recruiters supporting this unit lead full-cycle Dealer recruitment, including proactive sourcing, rigorous assessment and selection, stakeholder consultation, and candidate experience management.ResponsibilitiesSource passive and active prospects, screen applicants, present candidates, coordinate and conduct interviews, and perform administrative components of the hiring processDevelop and maintain strong relationships with business partners including making sound recommendationsEngage in recruitment marketing activities to increase awareness of the Associate Dealer opportunity in the marketAct as a brand ambassador by promoting Canadian Tire's brand in the marketplaceCreate and foster relationships with professional and community organizations to pipeline quality candidatesStay informed of current trends and recruiting techniques to be innovative with sourcingUpdate recruitment database in a timely manner to maintain accurate recruitment metricsLeverage LinkedIn Recruiter to manage sourcing activitiesComplete all administrative and document management to ensure compliance with legislative requirementsRequirements1–2 years' experience in full cycle recruitment; combination of agency and/or corporate experience is an assetMust be fluently bilingual in English and French — both verbal and writtenExperience with multiple methods of sourcing and recruiting passive and active prospectsHighly developed written and oral communication skillsExcellent time management skills; ability to prioritize tasksAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriatelyAbility to build trust and rapport with key stakeholdersCustomer focused with desire to provide best in class serviceCompensation & BenefitsTypical hiring range: $64,000 – $106,000.
