And really, there's no place we'd rather be because just like them, it's when we're working hard and getting things done that we're at our best.Our success is driven by a passionate belief in the unlimited potential of our company and the ultimate success of our customers and we act on that belief every single day.That's Powerful Value, Delivered.What You Will Be Responsible ForWorking with sales team to build knowledge and understanding of PCE marketIdentifying market trendsWorking with appropriate Brandt and John Deere personnel to identify and resolve product problems quicklyMeet monthly, quarterly, and annual PCE sales goalsManage / coordinate the relationship between sales, service, rental, parts,
and the PCE customerSuccessfully engage three key stakeholders in PCE purchasing (operator level, support level, and ownership level) to specify and recommend machine and technology solutions for PCE customersDevelop a PCE sales handbook across the dealership to build the sales storyDrive sales and PCE expertise downward through the organizationDevelop target and prospective customers as potential sales leadsSupport the sales team in direct customer calls and visits to PCE customersIdentify market trends and changing customer requirementsLead effective PCE demonstrations of John Deere equipment to optimize performance with customersEnsure technology utilization: automation, SmartGradeTM, and JDLinkTMProvide PCE technical sales and support assistance to the customer, dealer, and sales team, where requiredEnsure dealership processes are in place to properly monitor and maintain machine healthTravel approximately 70% to engage directly with prospective customers, solicit orders, and build customer relationships that generate sales demandEngage in industry relationships through construction, mining, and mineral trade associationsSubmit weekly and monthly management reportsOther duties as assignedWhat We Look ForStrong selling, communication,
