The position requires a strong analytical toolkit, command of multiple marketing channels, and the ability to communicate technical insights to diverse audiences.Key expectations:Must be able to work in Pacific Standard Time.Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, improve marketing strategy & revenue, and provide insights that help stakeholders make decisions.Develop a strategic understanding of the client and offering/product and synthesize information quickly, accurately, and strategically.Communicate insights to clients and cross‑functional teams through data‑driven storytelling in presentations and documents.Maintain data products and create visualizations, dashboards, reports, spreadsheets, and automated tools.Proactively identify data issues and collaborate with stakeholders to find effective solutions.Lead program‑level analytics engagements and work directly with clients to create a positive experience that meets their business needs.Assist in process improvements within the data team to improve efficiency.Be a strategic partner to clients and their cross‑functional stakeholders.Provide oversight & guidance to junior analysts and translate client requirements into tactical work plans.About YouBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Finance, or a related field.Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written),
