Our core competencies are Document Storage and Services, Media Storage and Services, Certified Document Destruction, Fulfillment, Warehousing, and Imaging & eStorage.Role OverviewAs a member of the Ottawa Imaging Team, the incumbent is responsible for but not limited to ensuring that hard copy documents are tracked, prepped, scanned, indexed, reconstituted, quality assured, and exported to the client in a manner consistent with the standards outlined in the Statement of Work for all projects.Responsibilities and Duties:Remain punctual and timely with all tasks within the established Imaging Processes.Achieve daily targets as set out in the Project Delivery ScheduleWork closely with other team members to achieve project goalsSeek to eliminate waste and determine newer and more effective ways to implement against a Statement of WorkAdhere to the policies, procedures, and privacy guidelines identified for both RecordXpress and all projectsQualifications & Education:High School diploma or GEDData Entry considered an asset but not required.Archival or Document Imaging Courses and Work experience considered an asset but not required.Skills and Experience:Solid understanding of computers and office equipmentPrevious experience working in an Imaging Service Bureau is considered an assetAbility to work under pressure, multi-task, and prioritize tasksAttention to detail requiredWritten and verbal fluency in English, French an asset but not required.Maintain a positive attitude while working closely with others to achieve common goals/targetsNatural ability to solve problemsStrives to find better ways to achieve improved performanceAbility to follow a process and do repetitive tasksAbility to lift up to 50 lbsShifts Available:Monday to Friday (Moring Shift): 7:00 am to 3:00 pmJob Type: Full-TimeMust be able to pass Government Reliability B and potentially Level 2 Secret Security Clearance.Join RecordXpress to grow your career, expand your knowledge, and become part of a fun team committed to customer success.
