We are looking to increase our diverse and dynamic team with the addition of skilled individuals.Roles & Responsibilities:General administration duties involving the preparation of documents, spreadsheets and formsPreparation of quotes, purchase orders, invoices and perform basic bookkeeping tasksInventory controlShipping & receiving, for both clients and suppliersPackaging & labeling parts in individual bagsMaterial handlingMaintain database's and fill out reportsAbide with instructions,



regulations and safety policiesUtilize and comply with all AS9100 REV C and ISO9001:2015 manufacturing and quality standardsOther duties may be assignedQualifications:3-years minimum of experience in an Administrative role2 years of experience using QuickBooksStrong computer skills with the ability to use various computer applications such as Excel and OutlookMust have solid organizational and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and suppliersMotivated to learn, take lead and able to work independently with minimal supervision while also able to take direction (both verbal and written)Able to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detailExperience driving a forklift an assetAbility to lift up to 50lbsBenefits:Competitive wages up to $27.00/hour, wages are based on experienceHealth / dental insuranceDeferred Profit Share Program (DPSP)On-site parking
