Our Atlantic Branch is seeking a Commercial Lines Automobile Underwriter.This role supports a portfolio of small business commercial auto accounts and is ideal for someone early in their insurance career who is eager to build technical underwriting expertise, develop strong broker relationships, and deliver customer service excellence within a collaborative, hybrid team environmentWhat you'll doAssess and evaluate risk for new and/or renewal commercial automobile business within assigned authorityApply corporate underwriting standards, guidelines, and procedures to policy filesAnalyze underwriting information to determine appropriate exposure, pricing, and termsUtilize loss control and risk management practices in underwriting decisionsRespond promptly and professionally to broker inquiries and requests for policy changesSupport renewal activities to help retain profitable businessAssist with new business quoting and workflow prioritizationDevelop and maintain effective working relationships with broker partnersMaintain awareness of market trends, pricing levels,
