Steps away from the main public transit stationWhat we offer:Highly competitive compensation package which includes, base salary, bonus, benefits, and career advancement opportunities!*Eligibility for perks is dependent on the terms of employmentThe OpportunityReporting to the Supervisor, the Bilingual Resolution Specialist is responsible for ensuring all arrears are dealt with on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy.How you will contribute:Investigation of delinquent accounts in assigned portfolioCollection/administration of portfolioMinimize exposure to monetary losses or damage to investors and corporate imageAssist clients in budgeting and planning to correct existing and avoid future delinquencyAssessment and collection of feesReview bankruptcy and consumer proposals and filing proof of claim when requiredCollection of common expenses, strata liens, tax and utility arrearsSet up of arrears settlement paymentsProcess new PAC informationProvide credit ratings and mortgage verificationsCollection of deficiency balances on discharged mortgagesAdhere to policies /procedures to ensure AML requirements are met, when applicable.The experience you need:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsTeam player who also works well independentlyAble to meet deadlinesCompetency in MS Office; capacity to learn new technologies/systemsShift work will be requiredBilingualism (French, English)
