The Infrastructure & Services Coordinator is responsible for creating solutions to overcome internal and external barriers and facilitate the completion of all stages including the coordination, installation and maintenance of staff office facilities across all areas of the plant. You will be responsible for overseeing site-wide services, including core services such as HVAC and building maintenance services.Job location: Horizon Site - Fort McMurray, AlbertaSafety sensitive position: YesKey Accountabilities:Coordinate sustaining capital projects with coordinators and process groups, ensuring daily workflows, timelines, milestones, and deliverables are metSupport regulatory compliance by managing building permits and ensuring adherence to building codes, health, and safety requirementsManage building and equipment maintenance, facility inspections, preventative maintenance programs, and repair activities to maintain facility standardsOversee cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, work orders, and purchase orders to ensure required labor, equipment, and materials are availableOrganize and lead meetings with service providers and site departments, support contract formation through work scope reviews, and coordinate project schedules and appointmentsEnsure teams have the necessary resources, information,
