A caseload will be assigned by the Aldaview Leadership Team. While the Primary Direct Support will take a lead role with an assigned caseload they will also provide leadership and direction to other staff when the assigned Primary Direct Support is not available or on shift.WAGE:$25.64 to $29.74 hourlyQUALIFICATIONSPost-secondary degree/diploma in the social services field, such as a DSW/PSW or enrolled in a related college or university program is preferred. OR Related experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities.CPR, Emergency First Aid, NVCIAldaview employees will be responsible for driving residents' appointments, activities etc. therefore a G license requiredExperience supporting individuals with Dual Diagnosis, Mental Health & Addictions would be an assetKNOWLEDGE,
