Working closely with project managers, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, the successful candidate will coordinate project activities, maintain project documentation, monitor timelines and risks,
and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and collaborative professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex initiatives and contributing to meaningful organizational change.What You Will Be DoingProject Coordination & DeliverySupport the planning, execution, and monitoring of Digital Office projects and initiativesCoordinate project schedules, work plans, meetings, milestones, and deliverablesTrack project progress and follow up on action items to ensure timely completionAssist in managing project scope, timelines, risks, issues, and dependenciesProcess invoices, payments, and related vendor administrationMaintain an up-to-date schedule of supplier and service renewalsTrack budget and other expendituresPrepare project status reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholdersMaintain project documentation, repositories, and governance recordsStakeholder EngagementCoordinate communication between business units, technical teams, and external vendorsSchedule and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder consultationsCapture meeting minutes, decisions, and action itemsSupport change management and user adoption activities for digital initiativesProcess & Governance SupportAssist in maintaining project management standards, templates, and best practicesEnsure project documentation complies with organizational governance requirementsSupport procurement, contract administration, and vendor coordination activities as requiredContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery processesReporting & AdministrationMonitor project budgets, resource allocations, and project metricsSupport portfolio reporting and project performance trackingDevelop presentations and briefing materials for project governance committees and leadershipMaintain accurate records and project files in collaboration platforms and project management toolsWhat We Are Looking ForUniversity degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field2-5 years of experience coordinating projects, preferably within a technology, digital transformation, or PMO environmentExperience supporting multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendorsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications,
