You will coordinate, educate, and implement the Minimum Data Set across the interdisciplinary team.Candidates must be a registered nurse (RN) or registered practical nurse (RPN) in valuable standing with the Ontario College of Nurses, with at least three years in long-term care, and solid knowledge of the Long-Term Care Act and program standards.
