Depending on the experience and goals of the successful candidate, this position can be structured as a Senior Accountant, Manager, or a direct pathway toward a partner role.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute audit and review engagements for a diverse client portfolio, including owner-managed businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and other entitiesPrepare and review T2 corporate tax returns, T1 personal returns, trust returns (T3), and partnership returns across a varied client baseReview compilation engagements and financial statement preparation in accordance with Canadian standardsProvide strategic tax planning advice,



including corporate reorganizations, estate planning considerations, and owner-manager remuneration strategiesManage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor across a broad range of accounting, financial, and business advisory needsLiaise with CRA on client matters including audits, objections, and compliance inquiriesSupervise, mentor, and develop junior accounting staff and CPA studentsContribute to firm growth through business development, referral relationships, and active community engagementParticipate in practice management, quality control, and the continuous improvement of firm processesQualifications & ExperienceCanadian CPA designation requiredMinimum 5 years of post-designation experience in public practice, with hands-on expertise in audit, review, compilation, and tax engagementsExperience preparing and reviewing T1, T2, T3, and other Canadian tax filingsStrong technical knowledge of Canadian ASPE, NPO standards, and the Income Tax ActExperience managing client files independently and supervising junior staffExcellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex matters to non-accountantsHigh degree of professionalism, integrity,
