The Registered Nurse makes recommendations and provides wound care management strategies and prevention therapies.The Registered Nurse is responsible for triaging patients, and scheduling patient visits in the ambulatory wound clinic and on the inpatient units. Works collaboratively with clerical staff, dietitians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, physicians, inpatient units, and related ambulatory clinics. Works in collaboration with patients, family members, family physicians, specialists and community partners.
