You'll take ownership of a pre-owned department with real room to grow and the backing of a dealership that already dominates its market. You'll set the strategy for acquisition, pricing, merchandising and turn, and you'll lead the team that executes it.If you've been waiting for a store with the volume, the traffic and the leadership support to take the pre-owned department to its full potential, this is that store!What you'll do:Own the pre-owned department's performance: gross, volume, turn and profitabilityBuild and manage inventory through trade-ins, off-lease, auction and private acquisitionAppraise and price to the market using live data; manage aged units decisivelyLead reconditioning flow with the service department so units get front-line ready fastDirect online merchandising — photos, descriptions and listings that convertHire, coach and develop a sales team; run daily desk, save deals and set the floor pacePartner with the F&I office to drive product penetration while staying fully compliantMaintain OMVIC-compliant advertising, disclosure and sales practices on every dealDeliver on customer satisfaction targets that match the standard our team has setWhat you bring:Progressive experience in automotive retail sales, including [3+] years in a sales, sales management, desk management or used vehicle managementA strong track record in appraising,
